Well me and wife had a afternoon tea.
To me i though they all come together. But no food came first then an hour later the desserts. So food came with no knife or forks so she expected us to use our finger. So i had to go and ask for some.
Communication was really bad!! So dessert came and again no cutlery or plate bear in mind it was waffles and ice cream and some other desserts so they expect us to use our finger again.she even said enjoy!!! Yea i will do 😒😒
and this time wife went over and ask for cutlery and still no side plate.
Food ermmm okay ish
Service communication was zero. We felt like service was rubbish and maybe offer cutlery and napkins with food. 😡
